Photographs and testimonials
We may take photographs of you during your stay. Sometimes we use these on our website and/or our Facebook page. We shall always ask your permission before publishing photographs on the Internet. Likewise, we may ask you for a testimonial about your stay; we shall also ask your permission before putting this on our website or Facebook page.
Communicating with you
We send emails to those people who have requested information from us, and to selected businesses and organisations which our previous clients have worked for. You have the right to contact us at any time and request that you no longer wish us to contact you. We will then immediately remove your contact information from our database.
We provide notifications about many aspects of your stay via email, text messages and telephone calls.
Access to information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request us to correct or erase any of this personal data.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, the transmission of data over the Internet is never completely secure. Any transmission of data over the Internet will be at your own risk.
In order to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998, we use all reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from any unauthorised misuse.
Once we have processed any payments we will remove and destroy these credit card details from our database .
